How serving and drinking a perfect Rochefort Trappist?
While the production of Rochefort is highly limited, you should consume the trappist beer with passion and moderation.
Do not drink the Rochefort too cold. Keep it standed up in your cellar or any dark and non-humid place where temperatures are not higher than 14 degrees Celcius (52 Fahrenheit). If you have put the Trappist already in the fridge (stupid you!), take it out for at least half an hour before serving.
The Rochefort Trappist will remain in good condition for about 5 years.
The best glass you could drink from is of course the original Rochefort glass. Put the glass first smoothly into cold water, let it leak for some seconds and fill the glass then slowly and with a lot of passion with the gold from Rochefort.
